How to Activate eSIM

Use the steps below to activate on iPhone and Android after your purchase appears in My Orders.

iPhone

  1. Open My Orders and open your purchased eSIM order.
  2. Tap Install on iPhone to copy the installation link.
  3. On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM.
  4. Choose to enter details manually and paste the copied activation information when requested.
  5. Set this eSIM as your travel data line and enable data roaming if required by the package.

Android

  1. Open My Orders and open your purchased eSIM order.
  2. Tap Install on Android to copy the Android provisioning link.
  3. Open Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (path may vary by device).
  4. Choose Add eSIM and continue with the provider setup flow.
  5. Set the new eSIM for mobile data and enable roaming for travel usage when needed.

Before You Activate

  • Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
  • Install while connected to stable Wi-Fi.
  • Do not delete the eSIM profile unless you are sure you no longer need it.
